Train Route from Negoroji to Ichinomiyaji

From Temple 82, Negoroji, to Temple 83, Ichinomiyaji, the journey takes approximately 2 hours 20 minutes and costs ¥680 when using the train.

From Negoroji to JR Kinashi Station, you need to walk approximately 5.5 km, but much of the route is downhill, making it relatively easy to walk considering the distance. Taking the Train

Walk approximately 5.5 km from Negoroji to JR Kinashi Station. Since much of the route is downhill, it is relatively easy to walk considering the distance.

From Kinashi Station, take the JR train to Takamatsu Station. From Takamatsu Station, walk to Takamatsu-Chikko Station and transfer to the Kotoden train. The journey from Takamatsu-Chikko Station to Ichinomiya Station takes approximately 22 minutes. From Ichinomiya Station, walk approximately 0.7 km, or about 10 minutes, to Ichinomiyaji.

The total fare is ¥680. Although a transfer is required, trains operate frequently, making it relatively easy to plan your journey around the timetable.

One advantage is that you do not need to worry about train schedules and can travel at your own pace. However, since you need to walk the entire distance from Negoroji to Ichinomiyaji, you will need enough time and energy.
